Trains in the Garden

Railroad Club was formed sixteen years ago by a
group of model railroad enthusiasts who wished to
share their love of the hobby with the general
public. They built a 21' x 30' portable, modular
railroad consisting of two main lines, a small
yard to store and assemble trains and a sawmill
siding. Members use their own locomotives and
rolling stock and each member is responsible for
"decorating" a section of the modular layout. They
show their layout at The Polk Home and Garden
Show, the annual "Greens" show in Salem and during
Steam-up at Brooks, Oregon.
